Image of Maymyo CemeteryAnother ninety images of headstones taken at Maymyo Cemetery, Burma have been kindly sent to FIBIS by Jenny Hoy. The inscriptions have been transcribed, indexed, added to the FIBIS database website and combined with the existing index to ease searching.

As well as providing a brief history of the cemetery, Geoff explains how he went about finding his ancestors grave, provides some useful contact details and reports on the condition of the cemetery.

A partial index with details of 296 monument inscriptions at Hosur Road Cemetery, Bangalore has been uploaded to the FIBIS database website. This is in addition to the 102 images of Hosur Road Cemetery previously uploaded. FIBIS hope to be adding further images in the near future.
